If you require help we offer the service of remote support.  This service is only available for those on Broadband as Dialup is just too slow.

TERMS AND AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Rudy’s PC Services Ltd. It is important that you read this document before continuing. By installing or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the following: In no event shall Rudy’s PC Services Ltd or its members be held liable for any software, hardware, or intellectual property damage (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) resulting from the use or misuse of this or any other associated program or utility by the user or any third party. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of this EULA, please delete the software product from your computer. If you keep this software product, you are agreeing to the terms of this EULA.

 

Instructions: 

Click on the Linked file.
Save it to your desktop.
If you haven’t already, ring Rosemary on PH (09) 579 7809.  Advise her you would like to receive remote support.
Double click on the program saved to your desktop  “Support 2009”
Enter your details 
Wait for the connection to complete and you will now have remote support 

After the connection is ended you may find that you have lost your wallpaper. 

To get this back Right click on your desktop. 
Left click on Properties, 
Click
on the Desktop Tab,
Select your original wallpaper,
Click Apply,
Click OK.
   

COST:
$20 connection fee (per session)
$1.85 per minute  (Minimum 15 minute charge  $27.75)
Total cost of a session up to 15 minutes  $47.75 
This cost will be invoiced to you directly.   

NB: If after a remote support session you still require a visit by a technician the remote support session will be included in the final invoice along with the cost of the call out.
